Mission Statement
Regional Christian University is a Full Gospel, Bible-based, holiness institution of higher education which endeavors to prepare people to fulfill the Great Commission.
History
Regional Christian University was originally founded as Regional Bible College in January 1998 in Edinburg, Texas, by Dr. David and his first wife, Ana L. Hoyte, who sadly passed away in 2015.
The College was originally envisioned to bring young people from Mexico to offer them training for the work of the Lord. The vision has since expanded to include students from any part of the globe who feel the call of God to prepare themselves to serve the Lord in any part of his Kingdom. We consider the financial situation of students and seek to offer quality biblical higher education at reasonable prices with the assistance of scholarships, donations, and fund-raising. The goal is to mentor sincere students who are called of God and desire theological and Christian liberal arts training. National and international students who have a desire to prepare themselves for the work of the Kingdom of God are invited to apply.
